    App-Supported Warehouse Order Processing

    The goal was to develop a tool that significantly improves efficiency in e-commerce warehouse operations. Employees can pick multiple orders in batches to reduce walking distances and prepare the packing process in a structured way.

    The software supports the entire workflow — from collecting items in the warehouse to organized order packaging.

    • Batch picking: simultaneous processing of multiple orders
    • Optimized picking lists that minimize walking distances in the warehouse
    • Structured assignment of items to individual orders during packing
    • Error reduction through clearly guided packing workflows
    • Direct integration with the Billbee e-commerce platform

    Through the Billbee integration, orders are automatically imported and the status is synchronized once picking and packing are completed.

    The solution reduces walking distances in the warehouse, accelerates shipping processes and minimizes errors in order fulfillment.

    This creates an efficient, digitally supported workflow from incoming orders to shipment — specifically designed for growing e-commerce operations.

    Video Download Software Tool

    Concept and development of an intuitive software tool for analyzing, selecting, and saving online videos locally for Markt + Technik Verlag. The goal was to create an application that automates technically complex processes while providing users with fast, clearly structured usability.

    Fast, Simple, Reliable

    The software supports offline use and reduces the download process to three essential steps: paste link, choose format, start download. The user interface was deliberately designed with a minimalist approach, making all core functions instantly accessible while keeping advanced options logically integrated. Automated workflows and stable download processes ensure that even larger files can be saved reliably. A transparent status display keeps users informed about progress throughout the entire process.

    A Digital Layer for Physical Spaces

    A mobile application was developed for adidas to intuitively guide visitors through exhibition spaces and make content contextually accessible. The focus was on connecting physical space and digital information into one seamless experience.

    Content at the Right Moment

    The app detects the visitor’s position within the exhibition and delivers matching multimedia content accordingly. Alternatively, all content can also be explored independently of location.

    A Compact Experience

    The application combines orientation, information, and interaction into a cohesive visitor journey — demonstrating how digital applications can meaningfully extend physical spaces and enhance them with emotional impact.

    Space Becomes the Interface

    Using location-based technologies such as NFC, the exhibition space itself became a navigation and interaction surface. Content appears exactly where it is relevant, adding an additional digital layer to the exhibition experience.

    With Timeclock, time tracking becomes as flexible as your working day. Whether on construction sites, in field service, or in the office, the application enables reliable, simple, and mobile time tracking — even when no internet connection is available.

    Timeclock was designed as a cross-platform solution and works seamlessly across iOS, Android, and web devices. Employees can record their working hours directly on-site, while data is automatically synchronized in the background as soon as a connection is restored. Via an integrated web service, all information is centrally managed, analyzed, and prepared for further processing.

    Concept and full-service development of an interactive terminal application for a museum-based learning and experience area at the Deutsche Bahn Transport Museum. The goal was to combine playful learning with intuitive usability and provide visitors — especially children — with easy access to complex topics related to the world of railways.

    The framework application integrates multiple educational games within a consistent UX structure, creating a motivating and easy-to-understand user experience in a public exhibition environment.

    Modular Learning Software Built on Existing Content

    Concept and development of an engaging vocabulary trainer designed to digitally activate existing dictionary illustrations. The goal was to transform heterogeneous, predominantly static visual content into a modern learning application in a cost-efficient way, while creating a motivating and dynamic user experience.

    Story & Design as an Integration Principle

    We developed an overarching narrative framework: two stick-figure characters go on a vocabulary hunt across a messy children’s desk. This setting created a cohesive way to integrate different illustration styles, photographic elements, and newly designed graphics into a collage-like learning world.

    The characters Schwupp and Wupp were invented and illustrated by us. As lightly animated guides, they lead users through the application, provide feedback, and structure the modular learning games. All game texts, feedback systems, and dramaturgical sequences were also developed entirely in-house.

    For the game characters, we developed an automated animation and audio synchronization system, allowing motion sequences to be generated systematically and adapted easily for additional language versions. Since many vocabulary illustrations were reused as static assets, newly created graphics were deliberately designed with dynamic movement in mind — resulting in an action-rich learning experience with reduced production effort.

    Modular Game Concept, Award-Winning Didactics

    Based on 12 core game mechanics, we created 60 vocabulary games, with gameplay, content, visual design, and technical implementation developed entirely in-house. The application received multiple awards, including the GIGA Mouse Award and the Comenius EduMedia Seal, recognizing it as a learning application of exceptional educational value.
