Corporate Engagement – Interactive Experience Station
An interactive experience station was developed for a corporate initiative to showcase projects of the adidas corporate foundation and actively encourage employee participation. The focus was on creating an application that not only informs about engagement initiatives, but makes them emotionally tangible and motivates active involvement.
Making Projects Tangible
The application presents international foundation projects as visually engaging and accessible experiences. Employees gain insights into initiatives around the world – from social projects to local engagement activities – and understand the concrete impact of the company’s contribution.

Digitaler Touchpoint im
Office-Alltag
As a permanently installed interactive touchpoint, the experience station is integrated into central communal areas such as cafeterias and employee lounges. It provides spontaneous, low-threshold access and embeds the topic of engagement directly into everyday work life.

Activating Instead of Just Informing
In addition to presenting projects, the application highlights concrete opportunities for employees to get involved themselves. Users are encouraged to participate, become part of the initiative, and develop their own engagement.
At the same time, the platform creates space for identification: employees who are already engaged and their contributions are made visible, strengthening a shared understanding of responsibility and impact.

The application also serves as a strategic communication tool: it actively supports the goals of internal corporate communications by making engagement visible, encouraging participation, and fostering stronger employee identification with the company’s values.
