With Huckla – The Magic CD-ROM, a successful book series was transformed into a digital learning format for the first time. Our role focused on developing a didactically structured, interactive product that extended the brand into the software medium and enabled new forms of playful language learning.t.

Concept, dramaturgy, dialogues, game mechanics, and music were created entirely from scratch. In parallel, we collaborated with the original illustrator to develop a visual world that preserved the familiar style while unlocking new creative possibilities.

The result was an award-winning educational software product demonstrating how established book brands can successfully be transformed into digital learning experiences – with strong user engagement, educational depth, and expanded value creation potential for publishers.

The final product combines didactics, storytelling, and technology into a cohesive learning experience and successfully translates an established brand into the digital world.
